What if the item I want to purchase is not on your website, can I still order it?
Absolutely. Due to new inventory always coming in it is sometimes difficult to keep our website updated. Just let us know what item you are looking for and we will gladly send you our pricing.
How will I know when my order ships?
You will get an email response letting you know your paperwork was received and we are processing your order. You will receive an additional email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.
Do you have a return policy?
If you change your mind and have all the original packaging you can return your item within 7 days of delivery. If item arrives damaged we will ship out a replacement immediately and arrange pick up for the damaged item. Most all products come with a manufacturer warranty to cover any defects.
When will I receive my item?
We process orders as soon as signed paperwork is received. Delivery time is different for all items however in stock items are normally delivered in 5-7 business days.
Do you have to be active military to apply?
No. We also approve Retired Military and Federal Employees.
What are my options for making payments?
All payments must be set up on an allotment payment through your MyPay or DFAS account.
